Stage 4: Final Inspection
This involves the following steps briefly outlined below.
1) Horn Inspection:
- All Horns are given a final inspection and checked against our product inspection catalogue.
- The orientation and configuration is checked to ensure it meets the customers specification.
- The quality of the fit and finish is checked to ensure it meets our high standards.
- All test results are checked to ensure they meet the customers specification and logged for traceability.
- All paperwork relevant to the work carried out is checked to ensure all the necessary procedures have been completed to specification.
2) Valve Inspection:
- All Valves are given a final inspection and checked against our product inspection catalogue.
- The orientation and configuration is checked to ensure it meets the customers specification.
- The quality of the fit and finish is checked.
- All test results are checked to ensure they meet the customers specification and logged for traceability.
- All paperwork relevant to the work carried out is checked to ensure all the necessary procedures have been completed to specification.
3) Gauge Inspection:
- All Gauges are given a final inspection and checked against our product inspection catalogue.
- The orientation and configuration is checked to ensure it meets the customers specification.
- The quality of the fit and finish is checked.
- All test results are checked to ensure they meet the customers specification and logged for traceability.
- All paperwork relevant to the work carried out is checked to ensure all the necessary procedures have been completed to specification.
4) Warranty Labelling:
- Every item Trent Instruments overhauls is labelled with a "Weather Proof" Warranty Sticker.
- 1 Year warranty period issued with every overhauled item as standard.
- Trent Instruments also keeps a duplicate record of the warranty label for full traceability.
