Stage 4: Final Inspection

This involves the following steps briefly outlined below.

1) Horn Inspection:

• All Horns are given a final inspection and checked against our product inspection catalogue.
• The orientation and configuration is checked to ensure it meets the customers specification.
• The quality of the fit and finish is checked to ensure it meets our high standards.
• All test results are checked to ensure they meet the customers specification and logged for traceability.
• All paperwork relevant to the work carried out is checked to ensure all the necessary procedures have been completed to specification.

2) Valve Inspection:

• All Valves are given a final inspection and checked against our product inspection catalogue.
• The orientation and configuration is checked to ensure it meets the customers specification.
• The quality of the fit and finish is checked.
• All test results are checked to ensure they meet the customers specification and logged for traceability.
• All paperwork relevant to the work carried out is checked to ensure all the necessary procedures have been completed to specification.

3) Gauge Inspection:

• All Gauges are given a final inspection and checked against our product inspection catalogue.
• The orientation and configuration is checked to ensure it meets the customers specification.
• The quality of the fit and finish is checked.
• All test results are checked to ensure they meet the customers specification and logged for traceability.
• All paperwork relevant to the work carried out is checked to ensure all the necessary procedures have been completed to specification.

4) Warranty Labelling:

• Every item Trent Instruments overhauls is labelled with a "Weather Proof" Warranty Sticker.
• 1 Year warranty period issued with every overhauled item as standard.
• Trent Instruments also keeps a duplicate record of the warranty label for full traceability.
