Heated Horns.
Integral heater elements protect the horn from harsh winter environments where the horn may be subject to freezing.
Often, condensation in the pneumatic pipework and the horn entry orifice can become frozen and block the air flow to the horn, which can lead to failure.
Heated horn internals remain warm & dry which retains the horn integrity and performance.
Available in both 24V and 110 V DC
Standard horns can be modified to Heated Horns using our latest development - The heated cap.
The heated cap can fit onto any type of KS, KSJ or CS horn, both Airchime & SSD models.This enables upgrade of current fleets, both new and old.
